1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Warm Grove Place (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility and Conduct

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, or attempt to access non-public areas.

3) Website Content and IP

All content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Warm Grove Place and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written consent.

4) Quotes, Bookings, and Payments

5) Inclusions and Exclusions

Your confirmation or itinerary lists all included services (e.g., accommodation, transport class, entrances, meals). Items not explicitly listed are excluded (e.g., some local taxes, tips, personal insurance, optional tours, incidentals).

6) Traveler Responsibilities

7) Health, Accessibility, and Special Requests

Please review suitability notes. Some itineraries involve stairs, cobblestones, altitude, or extended walking. We attempt reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee all requirements can be met in every destination. Special requests (e.g., room type, diet) are subject to availability.

8) Changes and Cancellations by You

9) Changes and Cancellations by Us

We may modify services if required by circumstances beyond our control or to ensure safety/quality. If we make a material change or must cancel before departure for reasons within our control, we will offer alternatives of equal/comparable value or a refund. For events outside our control, we will provide reasonable assistance, credits, or rebooking options where possible.

10) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, governmental actions, or transport disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize impact and assist with alternatives.

11) Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical and evacuation coverage) is strongly recommended and may be required for certain departures. Verify coverage and exclusions with your insurer.

12) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from or in connection with your booking is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of enjoyment, missed connections) except where prohibited by law.

13) Third-Party Suppliers

Many services are provided by independent suppliers over whom we have no direct control. We select reputable partners, but their own terms and limitations may apply.

14) Personal Data and Cookies

Your use of the site and our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences for analytics/personalization can be managed via the cookie banner settings.

15) User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and service improvement, subject to applicable laws.

16) Prohibited Activities

You may not: violate laws; infringe IP rights; attempt to compromise site security; or engage in conduct that harms other travelers or our staff.

17) Complaints and Support

If an issue arises, notify your guide or our duty manager immediately so we can assist. Post-trip, please contact us in writing within 30 days so we can investigate and respond.

18) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Where appropriate, the parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably and may agree to mediation.

19) Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with your confirmation and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding their subject matter.

20) Updates to Terms
